My bank has ATM card slots that are flush to the machine. Nothing protrudes so I am safe.......for now.

I like the newer BOA ATMs - the card slot is surrounded by a translucent piece of plastic that lights up, making it easy to see if someone were to try and place a skimmer over it. This machine is FUBAR'd but you can see what I'm talking about.
