I offered the owner of this beautiful disaster $500 cash on the spot, he said there was more than that in the landau top...
Yes...Louis Vuitton. I figured with all of the time I have now, it would make a fun and interesting mud truck for when the boys up north get together. Looks like a mid 70's blaxer/shortbed truck frame under there...

Front shaft was disconnected, but it was all there.

I love how he kept the car's full frame, and dropped the entire thing atop yet another full frame (apparently from a K5 Blazer), instead of just hanging the 4x4 suspension brackets off the car's frame.

My Dad's neighbor has a 72 long bed pick up on a later 70's full size long bed frame and running gear. He is running the big block and 1 ton on the bottom with 44s and its all strapped together with 1/4 plate steel.
