I once bent up a tubular lift for someone just like that (only made of steel tubing).

I want something like that that uses the rear axle bolt or the frame sliders to lift the bike. I really want something like a swingarm stand that doesnt use the swingarm, spools or the neck. I've seen very expensive versions but nothing cheap that can be recreated at home

I like the wheel attachment here. I guess there's a place for the kickstand to touch. I'd at least get some tie down on those wheels.

No but to me cost is a factor. What I'm looking for is a pitbull stand that works with the swingarm bolt. I'm not in a rush, and I have a design in mind, but I'm too poor to afford one of these
