That is only the best when you're at the track and it's 110 outside. Then, hardcore is the ONLY way to shower

Good point but if you have seen some of the showers at a few of the tracks up here you would rather spontaneously combust.

I turn the shower on, walk over to the toilet room, take a piss, walk back to shower. It's warm by then so I step into the shower.

My wife is hard core. She doesn't like to waste water. I turn the shit on, wait till it's at an acceptable temperature, then engage the shower and get in.

I think I spend 5 minutes letting the water warm up, 15minutes of adjusting the knob constantly as an adjustment of 1/1000 of an inch sends it from scolding hot to hail stones. And then 5 minutes cleaning myself.

Screw that. I don't like the shock. I'll wait until it is warm, get in and then slowly make it cooler.

Normal shower at home: If the knob is at exactly 11 o'clock, the temp will be just right. Reach in, start the shower, wait 45 seconds, then get in.
