it is a HUD home, they ripped all that shit out and i have to start fresh, but i am ok with that, i got it for 110,000 and it appraised out at 165,000 is in a great neighborhood and close to the college so i can always rent it out if I have to or sell. my interest rate is 4.25% fixed 30 yr and its better then trying to rent. I have about 12k set aside for remodeling and fixing it up/ making it live-able.
