Default Its all fun and games till someone loses,

then its fucking expensive.

Drag racing snowmobiles that is.

Went to race yesterday, 3 races in the 900cc class (my sled is an 800, but what fun is even competition?), won one, lost two. And I now think this might be the most costly addiction I ever had.

I've drag raced my sled a hundred times against other machines just5 out fooling around, and i've won and lost a bunch, and it never botheres me. But theres something about being on a drag strip with spectators that just gets adrenaline pumping and plays with peoples emotions.

Anyway, I fucking hate losing, so I went to the dealership this morning with a list of what I needed. Its cost a lot, and she's either gonna win or blow. And im at the point, where i'd rather lose cuz she blew than lose cuz she was slower.

I think my friend Clifford has some of the races on video, so if theres any of mine in there, i'll post it up.

My name is Clary, and I'm an addict! (Not the first time i've had to say that, but this time theres no re-hab programs for my problems )

How fast can you sprint? Because if its between you and the sled I think the sled might be lighter so you should just toss it on your back and run.

Congrats on the win.

I can't even pull the sled out of the garage right now because all the snow went away

Racing motorcycles makes a heroin addiction look like a vague wish for something salty.

I'm guessing snowmobiles are the same.

Pretty much.

I've had the sled a month, and im considering not doing any more trail riding with it and setting it up to race.

My visa, which was sleeping for the last year, woke up this morning when I got to the dealership with a parts list. A lot of money later, I should have a baseline to work from.

We're supposed to get some snow on Wednesday and hopefully that will be enough for some riding.
