Besides, the Buell needs ridden. The miles or lack thereof I've put on it this year is shameful.

I'm doing makeup this year... last year I barely rode the poor Warrior.
Not that I'm just going all mega-miles this year, but more commuting miles at least

For my first time out, I am happy with this. Now I am getting ready to head to Hallett (hallettracing.com) for the rest of the weekend.

Not bad. My first time out I ran 11.6 at 118. Got it down to 11 flat at 125.95mph. .155 rt. Keep workin it, you will get it.

Finish line still isn't marked. I may have let off a little early one pass, then I just figured I would run as hard as I could until just before the ambulance, then hit the brakes.

Day at the real track was good for the first two sessions. After that, my buddy's brakes went out at the end of the front straight. Straight off of the track at probably 125, down to 115 before he hit the air fence straight on. Frame is cracked bad on both sides of the steering stem. Forks are bent, radiator is destroyed and the wheel is pushed back into the headers. He's got spare everything but frame so he is going to try to get one of those and have the bike back together by Sept 6-7. The best guess any of the people at the track had was a huge bubble in his brake lines. Corner worker verified there were no brakes, then they slowly came back to working again.
