Thankfully no damage to the noggin, but my helmet got some pretty good scrapes.

So here we are 1 week later...
Full movement back in the left elbow, I can actually make a fist with my right hand. No painkillers since Wednesday, and showers aren't excruciatingly painful anymore (but they still sting). |
