I'm sorta thinking it's something with this bag of food. It came with a sample can of some of wet dog food. So after he wouldn't touch his dry food last night I cracked the can open and he went nuts like he normally does and scarfed that down in seconds.

Thats a good sign, also is he drinking water as usual

Sadie did that for the past week. It's WEIRD when you put meat in front of a carnivore and she just looks at you funny, smells it and walks away. :skep: She's back to normal today. Goofy dog.

It's normal behavior from what I've noticed. My last lab did that when he got tired of one brand of food. We swapped for another or mix in table scraps/wet food and he'd go to town. Casper (my current dog) started doing that a couple months ago when everyone started feeding him table scraps. Apparently dry food pales in comparison to real food.
