I've got an extra stock and A2 grip just lying around I could send you. That way all you'll need to get is the buffer tube, castle nut and yoke if needed. That they specify free float puts a kink in low cost, but the prices on their free float tubes is pretty good.

Better yet they have a complete kit:

+ four of these and you have your quad rail.

Yeah I think I may just buy the SR-22 and sell the 10/22. Buying the SR-22 looks like it will cost about the same price as buying all the parts for the 10/22 and the SR-22 is the same nordic chassis.... That's retarded...

Trip 09-29-2013 12:29 PM

Purchased a SR22 from Buds, gonna send the tacsol barrel back for a refund since the SR22 is already threaded. Doing it this way is going to basically save me the cost of the 10/22. That's just ridiculous.

Found someone on ebay that does the rails like I want them for cheap, so that was easy.

there are emails from SA does not even have a fix for the XDS yet, this is turning into a nightmare for them

my takedown had a threaded barrel, I will prob end up threading the bolt gun too

Get a .22 can and a 7.62 can. That way you can shoot .223 and 7.62 through the 7.62 suppressor and .22LR, .22 magnum and .17 HMR through the rimfire can.

Hopefully it's clearer now.

I don't mean to be argumentative, but I shoot 22 through my Gemtech Halo all the time. Not an exaggeration to say a thousand rounds of 22 for every hundred 223 . And while you are correct 22 is filthy stuff tthe first 10 rounds of 223 cleans it right out. That said I agree if you are just starting your stamp collection. The cans you want are 22 Lr. 7.62 (you can anything from 22. LR through 7.62x54R in most and some are rated through 300 win mag ) and for centerfire pistol a 45acp can.
